Responsibilities

• Actively support and supervise adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
• Transport individuals to various trips and local community events for fun and recreation.
• Create meaningful environments and activities to support interest, growth, and development.
• Participate in planning and development of community-based activities.
• Engage in arts and crafts, food cooking, and other activities within the day facility complex.
• Document supports provided to individuals at the end of the day in the Electronic Health Record.
• Be part of a team that creates a fun, daily experience that people look forward to.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A verifiable High School Diploma is required.
• Experience desired, but not necessary; training will be provided.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• A valid auto driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
