About The Position
Overhead Door Company of Springfield™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking dedicated Residential Garage Door Installers and Technicians to join our team. We are open to hiring both experienced professionals and trainees, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in the construction and service industry. This position involves working in Springfield and the surrounding areas, including Branson, Nixa, Ozark, and Shell Knob. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of residential garage doors and door hardware, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently. As a Residential Garage Door Installer or Technician, you will be expected to operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing your job duties. This includes identifying opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services that may enhance their experience. The role requires physical strength and stamina, as you will need to safely lift and maneuver heavy garage door components, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds overhead. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential for this position, as you will be traveling to various job sites.
