About the position

The Home Improvement Technician is responsible for performing all phases of home improvement and remodeling, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a diverse skill set in various home repair and improvement tasks, contributing to the overall mission of creating a thriving environment for employees and clients alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of home improvement and remodeling.
• Conduct brick repair and carpentry work.
• Execute concrete repairs and deck washing & staining.
• Clean and repair dryer vents.
• Repair drywall and flooring as needed.
• Maintain and repair gutters and insulation.
• Paint and pressure wash surfaces.
• Install and repair roof vents and window trim.
• Handle tile and grout work.
• Manage deck repair and staining.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in home improvement and remodeling.
• Proficiency in various home repair skills including carpentry, drywall repair, and concrete work.
