About the position

The HVAC Technician position at Lee Company is designed for both entry-level and experienced individuals responsible for performing residential HVAC maintenance and service at a master level. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service at the master level.
• Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, furnaces, and humidifiers.
• Understand and apply proper operation of HVAC equipment and basic electronics of the system.
• Execute basic piping practices, including copper, plastic, and carbon steel.
• Perform simple soldering and brazing as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in HVAC Install/Service.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
