About the position

The Residential Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing land acquisition processes in Nashville, Tennessee. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, zoning laws, and land use regulations.
• Proven ability to negotiate land deals and manage complex transactions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in creating and analyzing financial models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate analysis software.
