About the position

The Leasing Manager at our Apartment Complex is responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process, ensuring a smooth operation from marketing to resident management. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in property management and leasing, who can effectively communicate with residents and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showing apartments, and processing applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Handle rent collections efficiently.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular market surveys to stay informed of local rental rates and trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing and property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
