The Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing process, ensuring a smooth transition for potential tenants and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient turnover of units
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in property management software (QuickBooks and Bill.com)
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Experience in facilities management and office administration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Driver's License
