About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing process for our properties. This role involves managing inquiries, conducting property tours, maintaining leasing records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Leasing Manager will work closely with the property management team to facilitate efficient unit turnover and address tenant concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient turnover of units
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements

Requirements

• Some proficiency in property management software (Quickbooks and Bill.com)
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Experience in facilities management and office administration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• Driver's License (preferred)
