We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, and more. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. In this role, you will survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. You will perform maintenance of electrical systems, which includes replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels, and assisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, conducting repairs when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure their functionality, inspect alarm systems (fire, protection), and schedule repairs when needed. Your responsibilities will also include performing manual repairs when necessary, such as fixing locks and replacing windows, undertaking activities of pest control like spraying insecticide, and conducting general upkeep procedures such as landscaping and other tasks as assigned, including painting and carpentry. You will assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance operations.
