About The Position
The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and motivation of staff within a developmental disability center. This role ensures that individuals in residential services receive quality care, treatment, and community integration. The manager collaborates with an ISP team, which includes state coordinators, family members, and guardians, to implement service reviews, assessments, and programs while monitoring billing and staff scheduling.
