About the position

The Residential Manager at Chrysalis will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the residential program in the Logan area. This position involves supervising, instructing, and modeling best practices for Residential Trainers who provide direct services to individuals in the program. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Person Centered Plans, ensuring that the medical, financial, and recreational needs of the residents are met effectively. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining appropriate staff ratios and ensuring that all staff members receive the necessary training to perform their duties competently. In addition to operational oversight, the Residential Manager will be tasked with ensuring that all program documentation is completed accurately and within designated time frames. The Manager will also need to demonstrate excellent judgment and crisis management skills, as they will be responsible for handling various situations that may arise within the residential setting. Strong public relations skills are essential, as the Manager will interact with a variety of outside professionals and state employees to advocate for the needs of the residents and the program. The position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the clients and the operational demands of the program. The Manager will also be expected to attend regular meetings with other managers to discuss program developments and share best practices. This role is vital in fostering a supportive and effective environment for both staff and residents, ensuring that the values and mission of Chrysalis are upheld in all aspects of the residential program.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the residential program.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
