About the position
The Residential Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations related to facility maintenance, safety, food service, and transportation within a residential program. This role involves managing support staff, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards to create a supportive environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operations related to facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Supervise the scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and Family Support Specialists (FSS).
- Act as a liaison between support and clinical staff during treatment team and staff meetings.
- Monitor non-clinical residential activities and patient hours, including community service and employment.
- Assist in coordinating events and activities utilizing program facilities or involving patients.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure completion of required paperwork and notifications.
- Submit reports as required and participate in management team activities and committees.
- Manage food and snack delivery and service.
- Oversee transportation schedules for patients and ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
- Monitor the implementation of safety protocols for infants.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training, undergraduate degree, or master's degree preferred.
- Current valid Florida driver's license.
- 2 to 4 years of related experience.
