About the position

The Residential Outside Sales position is focused on generating sales through pre-set confirmed leads without the need for cold calling or door knocking. This role offers a competitive base salary combined with commission and bonuses, providing significant income potential. The company is seeking motivated individuals who can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set confirmed leads to generate sales.
• Attend in-home appointments with potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in paid training sessions to enhance sales skills.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• 2 years of experience in residential sales (preferred).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday afternoons and evenings, and Saturday mornings and afternoons.
