Responsibilities
- Meet with potential and existing customers to sell lawn care services.
- Run inquiry leads, new homeowner leads, and cold calls.
- Network and utilize social media for referrals.
- Exceed client expectations through excellent service and communication.
- Represent the company's culture and vision in all interactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable 3-year driving record.
- Ability to obtain Turf and Ornamental Certification (for Tennessee locations).
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
- Proven sales ability.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technical sales.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical information in layman's terms.
