About the position

Legacy Residential Group is seeking a talented Residential Portfolio Brand and Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role is pivotal in aligning our company principles with our residential property portfolio, ensuring standardization and brand recognition across all properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, and will play a crucial role in implementing and upholding our Legacy Platinum standards of excellence across all residential properties. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior management and property development teams to lead the interior design process for new developments and renovations. You will be responsible for selecting property colors, materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor elements that align with our brand image and target market preferences. Additionally, you will oversee the design and placement of signage, wayfinding, and other visual elements to enhance property aesthetics and functionality. Your expertise will also extend to coordinating the selection and placement of pool furniture, landscaping features, and outdoor amenities to create inviting and cohesive outdoor spaces. Staying current on design trends, materials, and technologies will be essential to continually innovate and improve our properties. This role requires a strong project management skill set, as you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistency in design standards and brand identity throughout the entire residential portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior management and property development teams to implement and uphold Legacy Platinum standards of excellence across all residential properties.
• Lead the interior design process for new developments and renovations, ensuring cohesive and high-quality design execution.
• Select property colors, materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor elements that align with our brand image and target market preferences.
• Oversee the design and placement of signage, wayfinding, and other visual elements to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
• Coordinate the selection and placement of pool furniture, landscaping features, and outdoor amenities to create inviting and cohesive outdoor spaces.
• Ensure consistency in design standards and brand identity throughout the entire residential portfolio.
• Research and stay current on design trends, materials, and technologies to continually innovate and improve our properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Expertise in color theory, material selection, and space planning.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
