About the position

The Production Manager for Residential Construction will oversee the entire home building process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical in leading construction teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the construction process. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of construction, ensuring that each project adheres to the established timelines and budget constraints. In addition to project management, the Production Manager will lead and mentor construction teams and subcontractors, conducting regular site meetings to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Quality control is a significant aspect of this role, as the Production Manager will inspect work to ensure it meets the required standards and implement quality assurance processes to uphold the company's commitment to excellence. Client relations are also a key responsibility, as the Production Manager will communicate project progress and updates to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Compliance with regulations is essential, and the Production Manager will ensure that all construction activities meet legal requirements, obtaining necessary permits and inspections as needed. Furthermore, resource management will be a critical function, involving the procurement and delivery of materials and the development of strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
