About the position

The Residential Property Inspector role involves conducting inspections of residential properties to ensure they meet occupancy specifications and quality standards. The inspector will be responsible for documenting findings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records of inspections while working independently and making decisions based on established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of residential sites to ensure occupancy specifications.
• Perform quality inspections of homes to ensure condition.
• Collect photos and upload through an application provided.
• Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections.

Requirements

• Gas efficient vehicle
• Strong knowledge of GPS and ability to find addresses
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate on a daily basis with management
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on established guidelines.
