Responsibilities
- Oversee the full financial performance of the property, including monitoring income and expenses.
- Recruit, manage, and develop on-site staff to meet performance goals.
- Market and advertise apartment homes in compliance with housing regulations.
- Build relationships with sales and service teams to exceed resident and investor expectations.
- Develop positive relationships with other communities and departments within Gables.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in a management role.
- Strong marketing and advertising skills related to property management.
