About the position

The Residential Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of one or more residential properties in Oklahoma City. This role involves managing leasing activities, maintaining property standards, and ensuring excellent service delivery to residents and potential renters. The manager will also be responsible for budgeting, vendor negotiations, and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead, direct and manage the day to day functions of one or more properties
• Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
• Budget and manage leasing sales
• Negotiate vendor contracts for the property
• Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent service

Requirements

• Management or supervisory experience- 2 to 4 years minimum (service-oriented industry)
• Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
• Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred
• The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
• Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
