About the position

The Residential Property Manager at Real Property Management Select is responsible for overseeing property management activities in Sacramento, CA. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to clients, managing residential properties, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and financial acumen to effectively manage multiple properties and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for owner clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct marketing and leasing activities for vacant properties, providing weekly updates to owner clients.
• Oversee the turnover process from move-out to move-in, including security deposit disposition.
• Manage the eviction process and provide guidance to owners throughout the process.
• Conduct annual investment reviews and lease renewals with owner clients.
• Report weekly status updates to the Senior Property Manager during one-on-one meetings.
• Attend NARPM and Chamber of Commerce events to network and promote services.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in residential property management.
• Active California Real Estate License is required.
• Strong communication skills for clear and professional interactions with clients and tenants.
• Financial acumen to understand income/expense statements and provide financial advice to property owners.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
