About the position
The Residential Property Manager at Beach State Realty is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including vendor coordination, tenant relations, financial reporting, and local marketing. Responsibilities
- Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to ensure smooth property management.
- Creates budgets, collects rent, pays bills, and performs other financial duties to meet financial objectives.
- Establishes rental rates by researching the local market and calculating costs for accurate pricing.
- Helps create and organize marketing initiatives to generate excitement and attract new qualified leads/leases.
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and managing security deposits for smooth move-in and move-out processes.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Real Estate License.
- Enjoys meeting people and providing excellent customer service.
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends.
