As a Residential Real Estate Buyer's Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they have a positive and stress-free experience. Your mission is to provide expert support at every stage of the journey, from initial conversations to the final sale, while helping clients find their dream homes. Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers.
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home.
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
• Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market.
• Follow the team plan and set buyer appointments.
• Lead follow up and attend training and support classes to help excel in your career.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends.
• Real estate license is required or the motivation to get one.
