About the position

The Gutting Group / Keller Williams Realty is seeking a Residential Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to manage the marketing of homes for sale and the overall brand. This role requires a creative thinker with strong social media skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The position is primarily in-office and involves a 30 to 40 hour work week, transitioning to full-time hours in March 2025.

Responsibilities

• Regular Social Media Posting
• Creation of Social Media Content
• Blog posting
• Creation of all marketing materials (mailers and online)
• Client event planning & coordination
• E-newsletter monthly
• Keep client information & prospect information up to date in CRM
• Prepare listing presentation and comparative market analysis for sellers
• All necessary tasks to get our listings on the market, including coordinating photos, scheduling open houses, preparing all marketing materials
• Marketing to our database, scheduling and coordinating client events

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Excellent social media knowledge & skills
• Team player with a servant's heart
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written communication skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to create new content in written and online form
• Ability to edit photography and short video clips for social media
• Punctual with a strong work ethic
• Growth-minded

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Canva
• Experience with CapCut
• Knowledge of Adobe products
• Familiarity with Outlook and Excel (or Google Sheets)
• Experience with Dropbox
