• Meet with the crew every morning to set expectations and relay job work orders.
• Set up jobs properly to ensure smooth operations.
• Get materials throughout the day as needed for ongoing projects.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Superb leadership capability and organizational skills.
• Strong time-management abilities and communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus.
• Experience using construction or project management software is preferred.
