About the position
As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will leverage your sales skills to provide homeowners with top-notch termite protection from a trusted brand. This role combines competitive drive with teamwork, allowing you to maximize your financial potential while contributing to the company's success. Responsibilities
- Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and build trusted relationships with customers.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing in-depth training to recommend innovative pest solutions.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and make recommendations based on findings.
- Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
