About the position

As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will leverage your sales skills to provide homeowners with top-notch termite protection from a trusted brand. This role combines competitive drive with teamwork, allowing you to maximize your financial potential while contributing to the company's success. Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing in-depth training to recommend innovative pest solutions.
  • Achieve goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
