The Residential Sales Inspector at Orkin, LLC is a sales-driven role focused on providing termite protection services to homeowners. The inspector will conduct thorough inspections, make strategic recommendations, and build trusted relationships with customers, all while prioritizing safety and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers by solving problems and providing practical solutions.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and following up on assigned leads.
  • Schedule and conduct sales appointments in customers' homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and address any questions or concerns.
  • Prepare sales agreements using an iPad provided by the company.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact effectively with clients.

  • Previous sales experience (not required but preferred).
