About the position

The Residential Sales Rep Recruiter at Texas Direct Roofing Construction is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with the company's culture and values. This full-time position focuses on high-volume recruiting, particularly for residential roofing sales representatives, and aims to enhance the recruitment process through innovation and effective systems.

Responsibilities

• Use all sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.)
• Run group interviews
• Conduct high volume hiring (10+ reps a month)
• Collaborate with the COO to create reasonable goals and expectations
• Utilize ATS software to manage candidates through the recruiting, interview, hiring, and onboarding process
• Attend college career fairs

Requirements

• Experienced recruiter
• High work ethic
• Great interviewing skills
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Ability to sell the job to candidates
• Experience using ATS software, preferably Bamboo HR
• Experience in the roofing industry is a plus
