The Sales Territory Manager for Engineered Floors, LLC is a pivotal role within the residential division, specifically focused on the Central New Jersey area. The Sales Territory Manager must be skilled in identifying customer needs and addressing any reservations they may have about purchasing. The role also involves the use of technology for managing sales and accounts in a paperless environment, which necessitates a comfort level with applicable technology. Responsibilities

  • Use samples and other sales tools with proficiency
  • Use technical skills to operate a paperless management of sales and accounts
  • Submit all reports and inquiry responses accurately and on-time
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance at all times

Requirements

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • Outside sales experience required; experience in industry sales preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Proficiency with applicable technology
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
