About the position
Koala Insulation of Boulder is seeking a motivated Residential Salesperson to sell insulation and energy efficiency services to homeowners in the Front Range area. This commission-only role offers the potential for high earnings based on individual performance and requires proactive lead generation and closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Act on incoming leads and generate new leads through cold calling and door knocking.
- Close sales and achieve a personal sales target of $1.5+ million in business.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of insulation products and energy efficiency services.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in residential sales or home improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
