Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and replacement of residential plumbing systems.
• Work on water heaters, sewer mains, water service, drain cleaning, and fresh water re-pipes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Water heater replacement experience is a plus.
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with technical, sales, safety, and leadership training.
