We are currently seeking Roofers of all levels to join our Construction team, focusing on roofing-related services for solar projects primarily in San Diego County, California. As a Roofer Laborer, you will perform a variety of roofing services for our customers, including installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of roofs. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all roofing projects are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality. A solid understanding of various roof systems, materials, and construction processes is essential for success in this role. During peak seasons, you may be required to work overtime to meet project demands. Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in a variety of residential roofing-related services to current and new customers.
• Provide installation help and work collaboratively as a team.
• Assist in maintenance, repair, and replacement (re-roof) of roofs.
• Demonstrate understanding of roof systems, materials, equipment, tools, and construction processes.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and met during all roofing activities.
• Be prepared to work overtime during the busy season.

Requirements

• Residential roofing experience preferred (6+ months of roofing or general construction).
• Familiarity with all types of roofing, such as tile, shingles, and metal work is a plus.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Key competencies such as time management abilities, problem-solving skills, and strong work ethics.

Nice-to-haves

• Leadership experience in roofing or construction.
• Experience leading crews in roofing projects.
