About the position

ZZK Solar is seeking a motivated and experienced sales crew for residential solar projects across Sacramento and the Bay Area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy, with uncapped earning potential in a growing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out potential residential customers to introduce and promote solar energy solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions, showcasing the benefits of going solar.
  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, community events, and personal networking.
  • Follow up promptly with all leads to convert prospects to customers.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual presentations to explain the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings involved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or other renewable energy fields.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong passion for renewable energy.
  • Must have a vehicle for site visits.
