The Residential Specialist position at St. Francis House involves providing support to guests in a residential program. Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to guests, volunteers, and donors.
• Assist guests with meeting their needs, including delivering phone messages and mail.
• Monitor guests to ensure they are following their program and completing daily chores.
• Assist with transporting guests as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High School diploma or GED certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Outstanding personal hygiene.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to guests, staff, and volunteers.
• Regular attendance and punctuality for shifts.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
