Responsibilities
- Provides direct supervision and assists individuals in learning independent living skills.
- Provides supportive counseling.
- Assists with developing, implementing, and monitoring residents' individual service plans.
- Provides case management.
- Provides opportunities for social and community engagement.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
- Monitors resident self-administration of medications.
- Monitors and reports any maintenance, health, fire, and safety issues.
Requirements
- QMHP-A certification or QMHP in Training accepted.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Intern or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a driving record check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
