About the position
The Residential Support Specialist is a full-time, permanent role at an independent living facility in Everett, WA, primarily working overnight shifts from Thursday to Monday. This position involves a combination of desk work and housekeeping duties, providing essential support to residents and guests in a secure environment. The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility.
Responsibilities
- Work at the front desk greeting guests and residents
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and on the phone
- Correspond professionally via email and maintain accurate data entry
- Interact with residents, acting as a resource to answer questions, provide directions, etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly lobby/work area
- Assist with additional duties, such as readying residential units
Requirements
- Empathetic approach to customer service
- Computer skills
- Ability to perform janitorial tasks
- Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit prior to starting
