About the position

The Warranty Manager at Baker Home Exteriors is responsible for overseeing warranty inspections and ensuring compliance with job-site quality objectives. This role emphasizes a helpful and courteous approach while adhering to industry standards and company best practices. The position involves collaboration with operational and training management to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of warranty correction with small crews, including material acquisition, job/crew oversight, scheduling, and customer communication.
• Cost-effectively handle warranty corrections with a focus on company interests and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical instruction, coaching, and teaching of approved installation methodologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with management to follow up on warranty deficiencies and ensure resolution of specific warranty items to comply with established standards.
• Provide feedback, documentation, and reporting as required.
• Engage customers to assess their satisfaction with service and product.
• Maintain and pursue knowledge of emerging best practices, standards, applications, and methodologies related to service offerings.
• Collaborate with operational and training management to enhance excellence in quality.

Requirements

• High School Education
• 7 years of experience in Exterior Installation Services
