About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Residential Whole Loan Transaction Manager to support our trading operations across various mortgage products, including Agency, Non-QM, DSCR, and closed-end second lien mortgages. The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of the trade process. This role demands a strong background in transaction management, collateral analysis, and market trends, with a focus on operational efficiency and relationship management. You will collaborate with the trade desk on counterparty due diligence, market analysis, and loan collateral evaluation to ensure that all trades align with broader portfolio strategies. By working closely with internal teams such as risk management, investor accounting, and legal counsel as well as external partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution of transactions while identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
