About the position

The Governance Reporting and Data Specialist role within the Enterprise Resiliency Office is an assistant vice president position focused on executing and developing reporting solutions for resiliency conformance and risk data. The role involves collaboration with business subject matter experts and product owners to drive requirements, manage project plans, and deliver insights into resiliency data in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business SMEs and product owners to drive requirements for new reporting solutions.
• Create and drive project plans for tactical and strategic initiatives related to the reporting and consumption of resiliency conformance and risk data.
• Execute monthly and quarterly deliverables as a key component of existing reporting processes.
• Provide ad hoc insights into resiliency data as needed.
• Participate in non-reporting related projects to broaden understanding of resilience concepts.
• Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with others.
• Maintain training documentation and SOPs.
• Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management.
• Be self-motivated to learn, introduce new ideas, and teach others.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations, Client Service or related business experience.
• Experience with State Street is a plus.
• Interest and passion for understanding data and its connection to business concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Team player, communicative, open, honest, thoughtful, and committed.
