About the position

The Resolution Planning Manager will oversee the Resolution Planning framework, ensuring the preparation and submission of the organization's Resolution Plan and related materials. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of making independent decisions and solving complex problems while engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Resolution Planning framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit the organization's Resolution Plan and related materials.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to provide direction and articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Synthesize complex data into clear themes for presentations and reports.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Develop presentations and address inquiries from regulators and audit teams.
• Lead cross-functional project management efforts under compressed timelines.
• Continuously seek ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or capital planning.
• Proven experience in resolution planning within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing regulatory programs across business divisions.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations and requirements related to resolution planning.
• Proficiency in using Workiva (Wdesk) or similar reporting software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex business problems clearly.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in accounting/internal controls or consulting background.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, and banking.
