About the position

The Resort IT Applications Business Analyst at Kiawah Island Golf Resort plays a crucial role in aligning IT operations with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve IT operations.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
• Support IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Document processes and provide training to teams.

Requirements

• 3 years of Hotel/Resort experience is a must.
• 5+ years in IT operations or business analysis, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Resort Operations systems (PMS, POS, Golf, Tennis, SPA and other activities).

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in business analysis or IT service management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
