Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the Galaxy system is a plus.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a commitment to guest service.
