The Resort Talent Acquisition Manager at Kiawah Island Golf Resort plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and employment processes within the organization. Previous hotel experience is preferred, as it provides valuable insights into the unique demands of staffing in a resort environment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions at the resort.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team and Resort Operations Management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Assist in employee relations and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the resort's culture.
  • Utilize critical thinking and organizational skills to address recruitment challenges and streamline processes.
  • Participate in employee appreciation events and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in hotel or resort management.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
