Responsibilities

• Perform searches across multiple catalogs, databases, and web resources to locate requested materials.
• Participate in rotation with borrowing team members to process incoming and outgoing materials, and request queues in ILLiad.
• Communicate with patrons and external libraries to address questions and resolve request issues.
• Collaborate with the ILL team and library colleagues to provide quality service for users.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher education qualification.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in library services or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with ILLiad or Worldshare systems.
• Experience with an integrated library system.
• Customer service experience.
