About the position

The Resource Strategy Lead at Broadridge Financial Solutions is a pivotal role within the Global Engineering organization, focusing on developing and implementing human capital strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's strategy and culture, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition, retention, and skills development. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and HR partners to drive transformative programs that support talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Build a framework for a Human Capital Strategy and work with the organization's leadership team and HR business partners.
  • Incorporate all components of a resource strategy including talent acquisition strategy, retention activities, skills development, location strategy, and vendor sourcing strategy.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to execute on the strategy.
  • Build virtual working groups to support the execution.
  • Establish measurable outcomes for each of the strategic components.
  • Ensure data quality and availability for reporting measurements tied to the outcomes.
  • Develop dashboard reporting package to report progress on each of the programs.
  • Build communication strategy to support the programs within the resource strategy and execute the communication plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Manager or Project Manager
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PowerBI programming is a plus.
