Responsibilities

• Ability to travel 100% of the time and work overtime as needed.
• Acts as a safety role model and adheres to all safety standards and procedures.
• Identifies safety risks and implements effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Performs intermediate level wind turbine maintenance and installation tasks as assigned.
• Documents tasks and enters data into company systems, such as SAP.
• Gathers information regarding turbine performance and diagnoses routine issues.
• Follows structured problem-solving processes to complete troubleshooting tasks.
• Promotes a healthy team environment and mentors lower-level technical staff.
• Interfaces with customers and responds to inquiries, referring complex issues to higher-level staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post high school education or a minimum of two years of wind industry experience preferred.
• Electrical experience, including the ability to read electrical drawings.
• Proven use and understanding of intermediate level power tools.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of industrial safety practices and protocols.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a Passport.
• Basic computer operation skills and familiarity with internet-based program navigation.
