  • Publishing the Office of the Solicitor's monthly newsletter.
  • Serving as a production coordinator for various multimedia communications deliverables.
  • Formatting and editing technical and high-visibility content for style and organization before dissemination.
  • Collaborating with content stakeholders to develop new website content and purge outdated information.
  • Providing Microsoft 365 OneDrive and SharePoint file management and permissions support to staff.

Requirements

  • At least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
  • Experience in the design, maintenance, and use of information sharing systems and collaboration software programs.
  • Experience creating multimedia communication deliverables for an organization.
  • Experience reviewing materials for technical accuracy and style.
  • Experience supporting Section 508 accessibility in communications and information technology solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with federal employment processes and regulations.
