About the position

The Resources Specialist position involves supporting test team leads in planning and executing various tests, including flight, ground, and lab tests. The role requires coordination of transportation plans, inventory management, and troubleshooting of communication security test equipment, ensuring compliance with security policies and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Support test team lead with flight, ground, and lab test planning and execution.
• Assist with planning and executing transportation plans to ensure proper assets/equipment are in place and operating according to security policies.
• Maintain inventory of required files, logs, records library, and equipment warehousing.
• Analyze and solve complex issues when dealing with customers and stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Support troubleshooting of communication security test equipment.
• Provide administrative and program support related to security practices, procedures, and directives.

Requirements

• Experience in test planning and execution in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures related to COMSEC material.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain records effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with communication security test equipment.
• Familiarity with transportation planning in a technical context.
