Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds financial targets.
  • Oversee the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and Department of Health inspections.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and staff.
  • Foster a positive work culture and lead by example.
  • Manage and support staff training and development.

Requirements

  • Desire and motivation to work with energy and positivity.
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
  • Technical proficiency with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce).
  • Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.
  • Understanding of financial implications of operational decisions.
  • A good sense of humor.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
