About the position

The position involves supporting restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting servers, and ensuring that service stations are well-stocked. The role is essential for providing a positive dining experience for guests through prompt and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset used tables promptly.
• Remove dirty stock to the dish area and breakdown trays.
• Take soiled linen to the designated area for laundering.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies before, during, and after each shift.
• Set up and refill the coffee-to-go station in the lobby, keeping it replenished as needed.
• Assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
