About the position

American Gonzo Food Corp HQ is a dynamic and innovative restaurant development and operations company based in California. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our headquarters, provide administrative support to our CEO, and manage select vendors and partners. This role requires a creative and passionate individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously. In this position, you will be responsible for facilities management, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our headquarters facilities to provide a safe and efficient work environment. You will also provide administrative support to our CEO, which includes scheduling, correspondence, and data management. Managing select vendors and partners will be a key part of your role, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services. Additionally, you will assist with project management and special assignments as needed, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Operations management will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities, where you will manage multiple human resources, finance, and operations initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of headquarters facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Manage select vendors and partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, organizational, or management capacity, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Office 365 Suite.
  • Strong work ethic, curiosity, and drive to learn new things.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
